A La Chefs

Role: Graphic Designer

The following are my brand visuals + identity guideline for my work here at Victor Symbol.

A La Chefs is a freshly launched project that was initiated by our team leader, a platform for people from any culinary background can learn cooking with our specialized kit prepped with love by professional chefs you’ll learn from our digital platform. I was assigned to start building this brand from logo, brand identity, to physical and digital graphic collaterals.

Macau Food Hall (Grand Lisboa Palace)

Role: Graphic Lead

This is a food hall located in Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau. Our client, GFC (Global Food Consulting) is a company who organizes and manages the entire food hall. They’ve referred our design expertise to manage designs of all the brands and outlets for their daily use. Communicating closely with the GFC upper management, I’ve managed a team of designers on all the shops’ graphic collaterals meeting art direction and brand identity on each brands.

 
 

Tea Palace

Tea Palace is an organic brand that GFC (Global Food Consulting) has requested to build a brand identity and all the other graphic collaterals. Competing with a short timeline on concept, brand story, brand identity, packaging to production. My role here is coming up with the identity, concept, hands on design, and manage my team members to finalize the execution on the concept to production based on given budget.

 

Other Brands Graphic Collaterals

Franchise brands include Vom Fass, Happy Pills, Charbonnel et Walker, Bellota Bellota and other up and rising brands from all over the world.

 

The Peak Lookout (HK & Macau)

The Peak Lookout has years of history to the building. It is a restaurant that’s filled with rich stories to tell how the old Hong Kong has changed so much for the past years. The restaurant is under construction at the moment and hasn’t been decided for a brand new logo just yet. I was reached out and assigned to handle this project delicately with government officials to preserve this building with a rich history. There will be a branch of The Peak Lookout in Macau.

Ship Kee

Role: Graphic Lead

Starting from a written calligraphy with marker and post-it from the founder, I’ve built the brand identity working with the interior designer on the restaurant. Ship Kee is a themed restaurant with very traditional and authentic Chinese food that’s known to be from Dai Pai Dong. The original concept of the Ship Kee is coming from the wanchai pier back in the 40s, where Hong Kong was still underdeveloped, and people were catching fish as their primary income resource.

Located in the heart of Wanchai, at a street filled with beautiful historic architectures on Ship Street.

 

 

Epicurean Group

Role: Graphic Lead

Epicurean Group is a very well established restaurant group within the food and beverage industry. Working with the C-suite members of the company, I’ve rebranded and created a branding guideline for the company. Discussing and collaborating with marketing team and stakeholders of the company to fulfil all the requirements and gate-keep the quality of what will go public and published.
